CRYSTAL EARTH MEDITATIONS

The Crystal Earthworks holds weekly meditations, using crystals,  to send peace and healing to the Earth and specific communities in need. These are led from the projects base in Orkney and everyone is welcome to connect in from wherever they are based across the Globe. Meditations on the first, third and any fifth Wednesdays of the month have a Global or community based focus, those on the second Wednesdays are for children and on the fourth for plants and animal. We hope you feel able join us in this way and  help our challenged planet. and her inhabitants.

How To Connect In

If you are interested in joining us in  this way of working, please simply engage your energy to powerful effect as follows:

Sit in a quiet comfortable space, and closing your eyes.  

Feel all your own worries or difficulties being placed aside by taking a few deep breathes and  allowing any tightness or tension in the body to fall away to the earth below, by breathing from the crown of your head down through the trunk of your body  to your legs, feet and toes and  breathing from  the crown of your head down through your shoulders and upper chest to your arms hands and finger tips.  Allow any tension to fall way from the finger tips and toes.

Take time to repeat this and once you feel relaxed and at peace breathe gently back up through the body from the finger tips and toes through to the crown of the head.

Now imagine a beam of emerald green light, the emerald green of the grass, flowing in through the crown of your head down your spine to the base of the spine and down to a point between your feet connecting you  to the earth like the roots of a tree and breathe the emerald green across the shoulders, down your arms  to your hands and finger tips, feeling  now the whole of your body filling with the emerald green and imagine a bubble of blue, the clear blue of the sky all around you to arms length sealing and protecting the positive energy within. 

In peace now, turn your attention to the focus of the meditation for the alloted time. 
Relaxing music and/or positive imagery can help you to stay attuned if you find you are easily distracted,and where possible an image of the crystals to be used for each meditation will be posted to the projects blog to help with positive focus. 

At the end simply breathe in a feeling of peace once more, gradually become aware of your body and your connection to the Earth and repeat the emerald green alignment above completing this with imagining the clear blue of the sky all around you, to seal and protect your own energy.  

If you feel a little light headed afterwards simply place your hands under cool running water and have a hot drink and a biscuit.

Meditation CD
If you would like to meditate at other times for communities in need the projects planetary healing CD Patient Earth,
produced in conjunction with Words of Light provides an inspiring starting point.

The  CD comprises of two meditations, one for personal healing and one for planetary healing.  The planetary meditation enables anyone using the CD to focus healing to the Earth or a chosen community, area or place,  for the greatest good of all.
