ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Crystal Earthworks project was launched on 11th November 2002, after a group of crystal therapists trained to advanced level and with extensive experience as holistic healers and teachers came together in the August of that year to explore how to take the crystal planting aspect of their work forward as an independent project open to all.

The Crystal Earthworks is a holistic, non denominational, not for profit project, with all monies earned being invested back into expanding the project for the greater good of all.

Its aim is to help individuals and communities across the globe improve their health and well-being and the health and well-being of the Earth we all inhabit through the use of crystals in both the local and wider environment.

The project currently provides a regularly updated website with on line help, fortnightly planetary meditations, programmed crystals,  information leaflets and other related products to purchase, introductory talks and training, all available to any one wishing to learn more about crystal planting.  The Crystal Earthworks also co-ordinates community based, National and International crystal planting work.

The project is lead by Sarah Louise Forsyth.  Louise holds an honors degree in Zoology and is a qualified primary teacher with ten years teaching experience in a variety of primary settings both in England and abroad.  After travelling widely, Louise, spent  ten years training in and teaching meditation and a variety of holistic therapies and through her own powerful healing experiences has chosen to specialise in crystal healing and in particular in the use of crystals in the environment.  She is currently writing a book about crystal planting and is interested in developing environmental work with children through  the Crystal Earthworks in the future.  Until recently, Louise lived with her husband and two young children in Glaisdale in  the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, England, from which the project was based. Their new home and the projects new base is in Orkney on the West Mainland.
